I get the opportunity to lead MSK Covertech, Inc's operations for North and Latin America. My role consists of managing all business operations to include full P&L responsibility, legal matters, purchasing, sales and support services operations. Since 2008, I've been blessed to hire an ever-expanding team of true industry-leading packaging machinery professionals. My staff includes degreed mechanical and electrical engineers, sales engineers, controls engineers (PLC programmers), project managers, service technicians and more. I've completely led our expansion into a new building and started US-based machine assembly operations. This opportunity included selecting land, negotiating for property, building layout and design, moving, purchasing new equipment and implementing completely new operations for our company in the U.S. Mainly, I help guide our motivated and capable team and ensure we provide an invaluable service to our customers by helping them reduce costs and headcount through the automation of packaging processes and procedures. I am fortunate enough to be deeply personally involved with the development and implementation of new packaging equipment for our global customers. I get to spend a good amount of my time consulting customers and working on engineered solutions, including many customized solutions. Then I get to manage the team and processes that manufacture, implement, and service these solutions in the market. I enjoy many long-lasting relationships with our customers (over 80% is repeat customers). In general, my job is to create business opportunities; grow and manage a team that can implement solutions, and uphold the value associated with the MSK brand name.

Promoted to General Manager of MSK Covertech early in my first year. Inherited a small team of less than five employees. Immediately had the chance to expand and develop our operations for North and Latin America.Pilot of turboprop airplane for company operations (80-150 flight hours/year)

Hired as a Technical Project Manager for MSK Covertech. Promoted to General Manager several months after I started based on my immediate performance in this role.
