As a student at Centriq's IT Career Program, I am passionate about learning new technologies and solving problems. I am currently certified by Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification, which will enable me to provide IT services to various clients and organizations. I have a strong interest in information technology, which stems from my childhood when I used to watch my dad on IT jobs and found them exciting and fascinating.Before joining Centriq, I worked as a warehouse manager at Kearney Winsupply Co. for 1.5 years, where I learned a lot about teamwork and communication. I was responsible for managing the inventory, shipping, and receiving of plumbing supplies, as well as ensuring the safety and efficiency of the warehouse operations. I also helped train and mentor new staff, and improved the customer service and satisfaction levels. I left this role to pursue a career that aligns more with my passion for helping people with IT-related issues.Beyond work and education, I am a movie enthusiast and try to make it to the theatre whenever I can. I enjoy watching different genres and styles of films, and learning about the behind-the-scenes aspects of filmmaking. I also like to keep up with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry, and explore new tools and platforms that can enhance my skills and knowledge. My goal is to become a competent and reliable IT professional who can deliver quality solutions and services to various customers and organizations.
