I am a third-year student at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business majoring in finance and business analytics. I have a passion for quantitative analysis, leadership, and making a difference in my community and I have demonstrated these skills in numerous positions. Starting with my involvement in high school baseball where I became a leader for the team and developed my teamwork skills. Additionally, I have held a volunteer position with my local recreational basketball league as a head coach where I was able to further develop as a leader while increasing my responsibilities by serving as a role model for players that were 2+ years younger than me.Now at Indiana University, I have found new ways to continue developing my skill set. I have increased my professional knowledge by joining clubs such as the Financial Services Club where I can develop vital skills for the Financial Services industry. Additionally, I have continued to challenge myself by taking a rigorous schedule that includes several honors courses learning about business presentations and developing systems. Also, I have continued my passion for sports and quantitative analysis by joining Sports Analytics and Business Group at IU where I am surrounded by others who have helped introduce me to more in-depth analytics.I hope to grow my involvement in the future by joining a workshop at Indiana University so I can further develop my skills and gain specialized knowledge within the Financial Services field. Additionally, I hope to build upon my leadership, teamwork, and quantitative skills by engaging in a Financial Management or Data Analytics Internship.
