- Create and process all POs for IT and Facilities departments- Coordinate shipping and pricing audits with 3PL provider across 7 divisions in 8 states- Organize materials RFP/RFIs for various end users, including quote deliberation, site visits, and contracting- Create, manage, and update Tableau dashboards focusing on KPIs and quantifiable metrics, including: -- Vendor Spend -- Vendor Diversity -- Fleet Idling Emissions -- Fleet Replacement Prioritization -- Damage Prevention/Line Locating -- And more- Assist Shared Services Corporate Sourcing team with contracts, renewals, amendments, and sub-agreements- Keep materials pricing current in Oracle with frequent updates- Run any number of varying reports from any number of varying databases- Manage new vendors through registration

• Provide in-depth monthly and quarterly unit economics data analysis slide decks and spreadsheets to executive team.• Manage CPE orders and returns with team, including handling customer-facing return requests, processing RMAs, retiring hardware, and reconditioning and reconfiguring hardware for resale. • Coordinate domestic and international deliveries and pickups with several 3PL depotproviders worldwide.• Receive, wipe, and configure telecommunication hardware (specifically SD-WAN devices, switches, and firewalls).• Automate in-browser tasks for data input and analysis.• Maintain inventory across company databases and many 3PLs.

Certified as a Climbing Wall Instructor with qualification for Lead climbing (CWI-L) by the Professional Climbing Instructor's Association (PCIA).
