I work in the Surveying Department and focus on Title, Subdivision Plats, Topo’s and ALTA ACSM Surveys.

I maintain all the parcel information in the Geodatabase and give technical support to other departments for GIS field collection.

I handle all easement acquisitions for New Braunfels Utilities (NBU). This service in tells providing a customer service to future line extensions on to NBU existing infrastructure and acquiring the new easements. By creating and coordinating internally all necessary documents in order it finalize the easement. I also coordinate with internal department and developers on future development with in the City of New Braunfels.

My duties were to research in the courthouse, create preliminary drawings, coordinate internally with our office and field crews, analyze and adjust field data and create drawings for the data.
