My role of Student Supervisor is for the Ohio University Service Desk in which I guided customers and clients on how to navigate through the Ohio University website and to assist them in case they forgot their login credentials. My role as Student Supervisor included: keeping up to date on current technology such as: computers, smart TV's, game consoles, and various software updates and bugs. Scheduling shifts of 8 other student employees using the software "Whentowork" and adjusting based on time off, leave requests, and sick days. As well as informing coworkers of any upcoming changes to software and teaching them on how to use these changes effectively.

Main duties include ringing up sales, bagging items, requesting price checks, honoring coupons, collecting payment and giving appropriate change. Responsible for counting the contents of cash register drawer at the end of each shift, maintaining receipts, records and withdrawals.
