• Co-founded an LLC, then converted to a full-service staffing firm (S-corporation) with temporary/contract, direct hire, and executive search divisions serving nonprofit organizations, companies, startups, corporations, and the technology sector, expanding from two employees in one city to 30 employees in five cities.• Supervised 6-8 employees and several consultants in all San Francisco branch office divisions, including temporary/contract, direct hire, and executive search, primarily focusing on partnering with nonprofit organizations. • Developed thousands of leads by cold calling, networking, referrals, driving email campaigns, social networking, sales presentations, and a 6-step sales campaign.• Recruited with a focus and commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, placing more than 50% diverse-identifying candidates.• Drove growth and led a plentitude of retained and contingent executive searches primarily for nonprofit leadership roles at nonprofits, foundations, and educational institutions throughout California and the United States. • Co-created and utilized a 10-step methodology for the executive search process, employed a consultative approach, and recruited executives domestically and internationally, maintaining a 95% retention rate for the first 2 years and a 92% retention for the first 5 years for all executives placed. • Led searches for nonprofit CEO/CFO/COOs, Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, and Directors of all nonprofit organizational and functional areas, including Administration, Operations, Development, Communications, Programs, Research, Evaluation, and Services.• Consulted with various stakeholders, including 5-15-person Search Committees, Board Presidents, CEO/Executive Directors, Human Resources Directors and consultants, staff, and volunteers.
