I am a CPA with over 5 years of experience in public accounting managing audits and reviews of clients in a variety of industries and ranging in size from small and mid-sized Canadian listed public entities reporting under IFRS to large SEC registrants subject to PCAOB requirements and reporting under US GAAP.
