I graduated with my Masters in Computer Engineering, specializing in Intelligent Systems and Machine Learning, in 2010. During undergrad I interned with Motorola, and after graduating with my Masters I spent time with both dB Technologies and Motorola Solutions where I gained a great deal of useful experience before joining JL Marine Systems.JL is a small but rapidly expanding company, and as part of the small development team I have a great deal of responsibility for development of the new generation of products. While my focus is on embedded software development I'm also involved in protocol design, circuit debugging, testing, tool creation, and setting up processes/procedures that the team will need as it expands. As the team has grown I have also been involved in guiding and instructing less senior employees.Starting in 2022 I transitioned to contract work full-time through my company Sage Technologies. I am continuing to work closely with JL Marine and DB Tech as clients.
