Managing Data and Analytics in this day and age is exactly what you might think it is but it is oftentimes much more. One day I am diving into fuel sales and local market economics while weighing possible hedging strategies to help limit exposure to this volatile market. The next day I am working with cross-functional teams and colleagues to shorten our close calendar and decrease the time it takes to provide management financial information to accelerate the decisions making process and rapidly change the standing of the business. Regardless of the task at hand, my entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset has me ready to be what the company needs. Most often I am brought into complex settings to tackle some of the company's more difficult processes or to supply data and analytics to allow our stakeholders the ability to make more informed decisions. I find myself sitting in both a consultative and motivational role and will continue to bring the best out of our business and positional ourselves to be at the forefront of the petrochemical industry. Most importantly I am a selfless leader that facilitates the success and growth of those around me fostering a learning and growth environment. I am quick to take the initiative on projects or ideas and take ownership of the projects given to me. I take immense pride in the work I perform and have set a high bar for what I feel is adequately complete, at times this can be a fault; however, I seek perfection by compromising where I can but won't where I cannot.
