Establish a budgetary processes, templates, tracking, and reporting for all levels of the Calumet business. In this role I am responsible for consolidating all operating group financials and statistical data into the management reporting deck each monthly and quarterly as well as collaborating across various departments when assembling the BOD deck quarterly. I will be the main point of contact for department/division/consolidated budgets and will support other corporate financial analysts and the management team by providing accurate and timely budgetary data in addition to performing other analytics and reporting duties.Develop and prepare forecasted financial statements (and related variance analyses and other support/reports) for company leadership and BOD to allow for informed decision making and accurate external financial guidance.Serve as a super user and primary contact for automated and ad-hoc reporting using Oracle’s financial management database. I have used this role to create P&L, Balance Sheet and various operations reports currently used throughout the company. Prepare and review longer range financial projections (3 or 5 years) and other monthly reporting and ad-hoc analysis.As this role has evolved and my visibility in the company has increased I have been tagged to provide additional analysis and POA for specific strategy and business cases.

Monthly activities include handling accounts receivable and payable duties, payroll and 401k operations, monthly bank and credit card reconciliation, job cost accounting and analysis, budgeting of cash flows, sales and expenses. I also handle auditing and communication with an external adviser and accountant for month end closes. I also run pricing analytics on current job prices compared to similar jobs in the past to optimize pricing for profitability and competitiveness. While my focus can seem misdirected I am laser focused on being efficient and accurate while doing these many tasks.

I am responsible for an array of duties required for this pricing position. Some of these duties include using relational databases to streamline the cost contacts, pricing integrity, and pricing accuracy at the store front. I also work with the category managers to ensure they have the financial reports such as margin reports, retail and cost workbooks. I maintain a high level of communication with our vendors to coordinate sales information from the store from to upper management. This strategic consulting leads to new promotions, higher revenues and larger ROI for our division. I consistently serve as a go to person for problem solving issues whether it be information technology, or job specific issues. These above attributes help me execute our sales strategy, and monitor the sales success from our department.
