Working on-site for a client of GyanSys I gained valuable skills in project management. Each project including project planning using Microsoft Project and SharePoint. I identified resources needed to meet the project deadline, worked with resources to identify effort, and managed the project schedule. In this environment I worked with resources both on-shore and off-shore.

As the main contact for each client I lead all client meetings, managed the timeline and worked with designers, developers, copyrighters, and additional team members to ensure project was on track and within budget. Project workload varied between 20-25 projects concurrently. Each website may include eCommerce, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Video, etc. I enjoyed the client interaction and providing a website solution that fit both the end user and the client's needs.

I worked closely with clients to purchase prints for all portrait occasions. I also managed the media department where we took images from camera to print ready. During my employment I increased the efficiency of the media department by 50% saving over 1 hour per session.
