About Braden Marr

Braden Marr is a Hardware and Software Design and Maintenance at PDE. He possess expertise in embedded systems, orcad, linux, rtos, vhdl and 47 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "I worked with Braden on designing a custom board around the then unproven TI ARM AM335x application processor. He was the only Hardware Designer and i was the only Firmware/Software Engineer. The project was challenging in many ways; the silicon was unproven and there was no reference design for peripheral like DDR3 and FLASH around the microprocessor. However, his knowledge of hardware combined with his debugging skills enabled us to overcome one problem after an other until we successfully delivered a solution to the customer. For example, during his debugging efforts he found out that many of the processors were not following their execution part after power-up. His knowledge of the boot process enabled him to find a bug in the ROM Loader. Our board was configure to instruct the ROM Loader to use an 8-bit FLASH, however, the ROM Loader was looking for a 16-bit FLASH and as a result could not see our FLASH. The silicon vendor admitted that this was a bug and assured us that it will be fixed in the next revision. I will warmly embrace an other opportunity to work with Braden." and "I hired Braden on a number of occasions in my role as Hardware Engineering and DAO Heads at SkyTrac Systems. Braden demonstrated a very good attention to detail and was knowledgeable an thorough in his work. I recommend Braden to any employer who needs a dedicated and professional embedded systems designer."

Listed skills include Embedded Systems, Orcad, Linux, Rtos, and 48 others.
