Work as Tournament Director where I manage rink operations to ensure efficiency and organization for all My Hockey Tournament (MHT) activities, working about 16 hours per tournament days. I oversee and expedite communication between MHT, the rink, and the approximately 100 participating teams at my location.

During my time I worked many roles intermittently including Front Desk, Summer Camp Director, Summer Camp Counselor, Hockey Coach, Marketing, and Manager of the pro-shop. My hard work, adaptability, and skills allowed me to be a valuable asset regularly being put in positions with increasing responsibility and duties.

Tasks include increasing company involvement in community events, recruiting sponsors, improving business processes, and improving internal communications.
