When I was in elementary school, I told anyone who listen that I wanted to be an author. I read *a lot* of books (and still do). It seemed like a reasonable dream given my eagerness for learning. I began gravitating toward marketing and data analytics during my undergraduate degree, where I focused primarily on qualitative research in sales and fundraising. I loved that, but during my Masters of Science (Marketing), I learned about the power of understanding data, visualizing it, and making better data-led business decisions. I've found great joy in education, relationship building, and fundriasing.I'm happiest when I see a spark in others -- when they have that "I get it" moment. That may be through data, teaching, training, or mentorship. I consider myself to have the heart of a teacher -- I suppose you could say it runs in the family since both my grandparents were high school teachers! Empathy, authenticity, and kindness are at the core of who I am.My specialties include quickly learning new skills, logic puzzles, problem-solving, data analysis, data visualization, strategic planning, marketing analytics, teaching and instruction, and Google Workplace. I believe in growth mindsets, which means I believe in constant improvement, iteration, and skill development. If I don't know how to do something, I'll figure it out and break through barriers.I'm passionate about the gaming industry, building connection and relationships through online platforms, and finding ways to give back.
