Working in administration, before becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2002, has gave Wendy a unique perspective of the Real Estate process and the experience to handle any challenging issue. Wendy's area of expertise as Ops Manager rested in assisting each member of the team in achieving their highest level of performance to ensure that each client's experience with The Serena Group was a positive one.The Serena Group, an REO Agent Team consisted of 10 Buying | Selling Agents + 4 Admin Assistants.Wendy was responsible for coaching and holding accountability with the agents and the staff.Wendy also managed The Serena Group's social media presence + content - in addition to website management, content creation, print advertising, and regular email communication with clients.

Together with Jim and Julie Warrender and Leland and Kathe Wallace opened & helped manage the FIRST Keller Williams franchise in the Bradenton - Sarasota area of Florida.
