I am focused on debt financing and real estate secured lending for banks and private lenders. I have experience in workouts, mezzanine financing, tribal lending and public finance. I have participated in all stages of the lending process, including due diligence, loan documentation, negotiation, closing, post-closing issues and loan modifications. With this experience, I have developed a knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, mechanics liens and the state construction registry, inter-creditor relationships, loan forbearance, commercial leasing, SBA lending, syndications, title insurance, tax advantaged financing, lending to estate planning vehicles and nonprofit entities, and much more.
