In my most recent role at Granite city School District #9, I oversee online fee deposition through RevTrak (Online Payment) system. I ensure accurate processing of multiple email accounts by delivering technical support in email address verification. I provide snapshot of students' literacy strengths and competencies and assist classroom teacher in developing lessons that meet each child's needs. I manage Skyward Student Information System Management for better experience for administrators, teachers, parents, and students. I update student data on regular basis by uploading student Data to the various 3rd party testing and progress tracking programs. I facilitate customers through online registration management system.Accomplishments I'm proud of:● Set up a central enrollment center which allows the district to increase efficiency as well as an overall cost savings for the district to reallocate funding to other areas.● Established the framework for schedules ranging from teacher responsibilities to classroom restraints for over 6000 students which provides the district data to determine curriculum requirements andpossible course additions.● Oversaw transportation logistics utilizing the entire district fleet for food and curriculum distribution for all students during pandemic.● Developed and implemented Skylert phone system that provides emergency alerts, attendance notifications, and other information alerts to parents via phone call and email.

In my previous role as Assistant Director of Technology, I have prepared and managed Standard Report Cards for Grade Levels K – 4 to evaluate student academic progress and performance. I have developed Electronic Version of VHS/DVD Database to achieve targeted goals. I have managed student activedirectory accounts in order for students to access internal district software.
