I earned a reputation over my career with KPMG as an innovative leader and an action-oriented problem solver who prioritizes and enables rapid growth. As such, KPMG trusted me to spearhead many critical initiatives, such as: setting our Global Technology Consulting strategy; leading US Technology Consulting to double its headcount from 2000 to 4000 in 2½ years during the pandemic; leading KPMG’s SAP implementation; and leading KPMG Consulting operations at its inception.One of my proudest achievements is conceiving and growing KPMG’s Lighthouse for data, AI, and analytics – providing leading-edge AI solutions for clients, fueling excellent employee experiences, reaching operational efficiency, and delivering outstanding financial results. Under my leadership, the Lighthouse grew from inception to 400 resources in the US and expanded our model to 37 member firms globally, and consistently received top ranking from the analyst community.
