MOUTCube Consulting is a manufacturer of simulated military training villages utilizing lightweight, precast concrete. We are currently expanding from Southern California to the East Coast. We are also in the process of utilizing our lightweight precast panels to construct everything from small residential ADUs to large commercial products.

Member of 5 person management team responsible for the Operations & Maintenance of over 2.9 million square feet of facilities infrastructure in support of the US and Coalition forces in Afghanistan. Total scope of the project included nearly 4,000 semi-permanent facilities, 12,000 HVAC units, and 650 generators supporting approximately 20,000 military and support personnel. -Trained, mentored and supervised over 800 trades and administrative personnel (both foreign nationals and expats) in 10 departments, including Power Generation, Electrical, HVAC , Plumbing, Carpentry, Roads & Grounds, Labor and Waste Management.-Managed the preventative maintenance (PM) and technical inspection (TI) processes consisting of over 60,000 service orders per year.-Advised Site Management and the Contract Manager on the addition and removal of facilities and services -Served as liaison for facilities management issues with the US Government Contracting Officer (ACO) and US Army Garrison. -Oversaw work orders and special projects, including facilities moves, minor renovations, and change orders.-Ensured work orders were estimated properly and stayed within contract scope. -Provided oversight for the Waste Management Facility that processed over 120 tons of trash per day.-Managed subcontractors, including water delivery and waste water removal.Provided oversight and support for department supervisors by implementing SOPs, expediting material requests by partnering with regional logistics, and auditing department compliance with all government and contract requirements. Performed audits on material control systems, including bench stock and shop stock inventories and automatic re-supply levels. Ensured all work was performed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with OSHA and Army safety standards.

Served as management & program analyst as well as acting Deputy Director of Facilities and Transportation for the Naval Special Warfare Center, the military command responsible for the basic and advanced pipeline training of Navy SEAL and SWCC students. Assisted the Facilities Director with the management of the command’s real estate portfolio, consisting of approximately 100 facilities and training areas located at various sites throughout the United States. Key responsibilities ranged from managing daily maintenance requests and minor projects to the development and execution of large multi-year master plans, Environmental Impact Studies (EIS) and Military Construction Projects (MILCONs). -Programmed, planned and executed various facilities projects, including the development of facilities master plans/ shore infrastructure plans (SIPs), Minor Construction Projects, Maintenance and Repair Projects, and MILCONs, including a $24 million Cold Weather Training Facility. -Developed and executed annual Base Operations Support (BOS) budget of approximately $10 M, including $5 M for Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) capital projects. -Partnered with the Command’s Comptroller and lead Contracting Officer to monitor and execute facility projects in accordance with the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution Process (PPBE). Successfully developed and submitted over $180 million worth of MILCON projects for Program Objective Memorandum (POM) ’14.-Served as department lead for developing and approving Site Approval Requests (SARs) and project estimates. Worked with NAVFAC, Army PWD, and USACE to ensure projects were developed and executed on time and to scope. -Monitored projects to ensure compliance with DFAR as well as OPNAV INST 11010.20G. Ensured project work was categorized appropriately and new construction financial thresholds were not broken.

Project manager and program analyst in the facilities and engineering department at the Naval Special Warfare Center. Key responsibilities included managing procurements, tracking expenses, advising the facilities director on budget requirements and shortfalls, and managing various renovation projects. Key accomplishments include:-Managing an $800k expeditionary galley renovation-Managing a $300k executive office renovation-Developing a new accounting system to plan and control program management and capital budgeting

Taught business English to employees of various companies in the Saudi petrochemical industry. Responsibilities included teaching all levels of students from beginner to advanced and administering and and grading placement exams. -Managed the development of a school wide test bank that supported a new curriculum roll-out and standardized testing throughout the institute.-Served as a member of the team of teachers that opened a new remote training site in the City of Yanbu.

Worked full time (summers) in the boat and facility maintenance departments. Responsibilities included hauling & blocking boats for service and performing preventative & corrective maintenance on boats Operated various types of equipment including boat lifts. Worked on major projects including renovation and construction projects on marina facilities.

Researched and compiled information concerning abuses of human rights and religious freedom throughout the international community and distributed reports from major news outlets to the organization's mailing list, which consisted of members of Congress and various Executive Branch Agencies. Provided updates to the commission's website.

Worked full time (summers) in the Public Works Department Primary responsibilities included landscaping/ mowing in town parks, performing custodial services in public buildings, and set up and tear down for special events. Assisted Public Works Crew with minor road construction and corrective maintenance on underground utilities. Performed preventative on equipment.
