Its one thing to tell people how to do something, its another to show them. People should respect the position, but it means so much more to earn it. In thinking on my career path, I try to think about each situation from the other person's perspective. It's the ability to make and maintain relationships that is the key to my success. I try to treat everyone like they ought to be treated, and the way I would like to be treated. I try never to burn a bridge, you never know when you might have to go back to that person for help one day!I believe in team building, taking the high road, and paying it forward. I feel personally involved in all the aspects of my business without taking them personally. I seek to find the most reasonable solution that the customer can afford, no one likes a know it all. I try to remember names, faces, connections, and events in order to go beyond the business relationship.I seek out partners and champions to come along side me in my work. I know I can't do it all on my own and so I find those who have the skills, talents and gumption to walk with me on this path.
