Dr. Brad Baker brings over 35 years of military experience to ETC starting as an enlisted Sailor through service as a Captain in the Navy. He has degrees in Marine Engineering, Joint Campaign Planning and Strategy, and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering providing ETC a broad coverage of experience in technical programs and strategic policy decisions in the DOD. He served over twenty years in the Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program before becoming a Permanent Military Professor for over ten years. His technical areas of expertise include materials science, nuclear engineering, microscopy, and most recently additive manufacturing.
