Working with my wife, Attorney Sudia Smith, I implemented novel marketing techniques to build one of the fastest growing law practices in Northeast Ohio in just two years. Our practice was so successful, so quickly, that Bar Associations around the State of Ohio invited the firm to speak to their memberships to teach them how to properly manage their social media accounts when seeking clients.I also served as the main research, drafting, and case preparation attorney for cases relating to estates, criminal matters, divorces, corporate matters, foreclosure, landlord-tenant and other cases the firm handled in courts ranging from local municipal courts, up to the Federal Appellate Court level. This was a service that I performed for other attorneys in the market as well, earning their clients multiple 8-figure judgments.As Office Manager, I interviewed and hired our two additional attorneys and three staff members, wrote SOP's, provided guidance and performed quality reviews to ensure smooth operation of the practice. Additionally, I devised product packages that allowed us to sell "legal-like" products to clients that may not otherwise desire or afford our full legal services, increasing our market share and revenue.

In just 6 months, I went from a part-time law clerk that was not expecting a full-time position, to being the Judge's chosen person to ensure safety and smooth operation of the court facilities.In addition to preparing Judgment Entries for the Judge to review and sign, I also regularly worked with the County Coroner and County Sheriff, as well as numerous other County Court Judges to ensure the fair and equitable administration of justice. I was also the point person for all attorney questions that came to the court regarding case status and next steps, worked with each attorney and pro se litigant during their hearings, and served as the go-to person for court staff regarding case specific questions and situations.
