In collaboration with my broader team, I defined, operated, and implemented a Human Rights Management System (HRMS) to ensure global process control and alignment to standard operating protocols including the development of training content, communication packages, procedures, and audit checklists. Additionally, I managed the Global Audit Program focused on audits of field labor providers on a risk-priority basis, issued corrective and preventive actions, completed root cause analysis, and provided mitigation plan proposals to leadership to address violations of human and labor rights in the supply chain. Following the completion of more than 100+ hours of community service, I was honored with the Presidential Volunteer Service Award in 2018. Additionally, I served as the subject matter expert on a project focused on bringing awareness to the intersectionality of community, environment and human rights resulting in being honored with the Sustainability Excellence Award.
