The company was founded in Hancock County, TN to employ rural workers in manufacturing and it sold products online and in retail locations. Power Loft was founded in 2006 to to build, lease, and manage data centers. The development company and its flagship property were acquired by Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) in 2010. Following the acquisition, Power Loft's four Principals formed a joint-venture to continue construction, leasing, and operations of the data center.Over his six years at Power Loft, Bradford was involved with every aspect of real estate development and operations. His primary responsibilities included management of the company's financial analysis, accounting, treasury, audit, and facility operations. He was also involved in acquisitions, leasing, due diligence, and investor and tenant relations.
