My role as an advisory strategist focuses on turning enterprise digital strategy into reality. I am responsible for guiding C-Level leadership in the identification of application, infrastructure, process and organizational capabilities that will deliver the real value of transformation to their organization. In defining, selling and driving transformation engagements, I collaborate extensively with a diverse and dynamic team of Enterprise Architects, Lead Solution Architects, Process Architects, Sales and Operations leaders and Industry Analysts.As a leader I straddle multiple roles involved in building a consulting practice through thought leadership, business development, client relationship management, team building and program oversight. Since I joined the practice I have been instrumental in winning several large deals and created commercial proposals for new and existing customers. Most recently I have lead a successful engagement at one of the nations largest financial services company in maturing organizational, process, and service capabilities in support of their strategic DevOps and cloud strategy. This engagement resulted in a larger strategic role for our practice and the trust of the CIO.

As practice lead for organizational change and governance, my focus is leading adoption of VMWare solutions during large scale IT and business transformations. My experience has helped mature one of VMware’s fastest growing professional services practices. This strategic role has given me the opportunity to guide customers on their digital transformation to ITaaS. I have successfully built, sold, and delivered IT Transformation services to companies ranging from finance to retail to technology. As the engagement leader I am the face of the transformation initiative to executives while ensuring my team has everything it needs to succeed. Highlights of my time at Vmware include designing an Organizational Change Management strategy to support a global insurance firm in support of their ITaaS Transformation Program; developed organizational and operating models, adoption plan, communications plan, training strategy, and program governance model; operationalized governance frameworks to oversee implementation of service based operating model .

I joined this enterprise software firm to build out a newly created Transformation Practice, while serving as a trusted adviser to clients regarding people, processes, and BMC software. This involves realizing clients’ business goals and ROI by identifying initiatives that support business strategy, defining roadmaps that accelerate adoption, and operationalizing organizational change to deliver greatest value. Successes include delivering a multi phase transformation program on time and budget resulting in 10 million dollar ELA, spearheading a large-scale transformation program to change a sizeable healthcare technology company’s business practices; building a 5-step business readiness plan for a customer that lacked strategy for an associates’ adoption of processes and tools; and implementing a governance structure in a lax, innovation-driven customer culture.

In this role, I executed a wide array of complicated tasks, relating to Service Management processes and tools required for successful delivery of ITIL-based projects. This entailed recommending ITIL process and operating model changes by analyzing current and planned operational practices.Most notable, I drove immediate contributions to a Fortune 5 company’s large-scale IT transformation program by building interactive ITIL-based process model within 6 months Additionally, I guided a customer to implement Asset Management processes, which curtailed their high IT asset spend.
