I initially was hired to launch an eCommerce site for them. Very quickly my role grew to fill the role of marketing manager. Left as part of a major restructuring and downsizing of staff. Achievements:• Established Sound Sleep and Oregon Mattress brands. Created brand persona, brand logos, strategy and standards. • Created multiple websites including eCommerce portals. Developed kiosk and POS systems.Conceived and developed intranet for staff and dealer network with resources including an image and documents library. Users were able to fill out forms, download marketing materials, place orders, and request assistance. Created digital resources for dealers, assisting them to increase their presence in their marketplace. Created websites and managed SEO and paid programs for multiple dealers. Created professional photography and videography highlighting products and manufacturing processes. Directed video shoots for commercials. Project managed highly successful open house of new 120,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility attended by complete dealer network and prospective customer base.
