Sold, led and delivered consulting services across the Performance Management spectrum, including strategy articulation, planning / reporting process transformation, and implementaion of enabling technology in the Retail and Energy industries.

Assist fund management on strategic and financial projects within investment funds and portfolio companies, including the development of fund-level forecasting models and an executive dashboard, M&A / valuation models for acquisition targets, and assistance in restructuring troubled investments

Led finance and administrative functions during leadership transition and operational turnaround, including all planning, treasury/cash management, payables, internal audit and reporting activities. Renegotiated debt facilities, realigned accounting and reporting activities, and negotiated budget with primary funding authority, realizing a 26% funding increase over prior year.

Owned P&L and led department responsible for all budgeting and forecasting, as well as analysis of sales, promotions, margins, merchandising, capital and operating expenses. Led development of sales compensation model, development of driver-based cash forecasting process, implementation of Hyperion Planning / Essbase applications, and assisted CFO in completion of $140 million debt restructuring.
