Mr. Fulda oversaw integration efforts of the JLENS Stimulator (JSTM) in the government and Raytheon software integration labs (SIL). His responsibilities included purchasing, design, configuring, shipping, and integrating cluster hardware/software and the JSTM software. He also ensured that the JSTM systems obtained at a minimum an ATO in order for the shelters to integrate with the various SIL’s. Shelter design and integration are the key concepts behind the shelter effort. Mr. Fulda worked efforts to accommodate each SIL that the shelter visited with final testing occurring at Dugway Proving grounds in Utah.
