Brad completed his general building apprenticeship in 1998. A third-generation builder, Brad has been involved in both civil and construction projects since starting in the industry more than 25 years ago. He manages the delivery of projects from concept through to completion, developing collaborative relationships with the client and the entire project team.With years of on-site experience Brads roles have progressed from Site Manager - Project Manager, and now Director/Operations Manager for his own construction company CiteCon; which services the Mackay, Townsville, Rockhampton, Bowen Basin and Whitsunday regions. Brad has been exposed to working alongside Regional Councils and various Government and Education Departments. He offers extensive stakeholder and community engagement and as a result has been awarded various extensions of work and extended contracts in his role as an Operations Manager.With a background of construction in mining infrastructure, freight depots, fuel facilities, specialist workshops and schools, as well as a wide range of civil projects; Brad has experience building in challenging conditions and restricted environments such as flood and cyclone zones.
