Corporate Communications Manager
Current•Drive communication strategy for the site with 700+ colleagues, working cross-functionally to ensure alignment and scalability of message and programs.•Strategize to unite various teams and site organization under a common narrative.•Developing channels for non-computer facing colleagues/internal communication strategies.•Key communications resource for the site developing strategic messaging supporting company goals.•Develop strategies and demonstrate initiative/buy-in from stakeholders.•Drive colleague engagement and community involvement. •Manage/create/edit sitewide digital signage and content for two locations.•Develop written content for site leader messaging and overall dissemination.•Responsible for developing quarterly town halls: public speaking, messaging, briefing docs, hiring vendors, bi-monthly newsletter.•Develop/lead new colleague engagement and educational programs to reduce retention. •Collaborate with HR developing career development materials and events.•Supervise the ten employee resource groups including budgeting and direction.•Create sitewide information/events to enhance employee engagement.•Responsible for managing site visitations, itineraries and structure.•Engaged member of the leadership team, safety committee and tier meetings to craft new ideas and site direction. •Manage/write/distribution of leader messaging, initiate town halls, and internal communications: digital signage, newsletter development, town halls, visitations.•Extensive writing, internal/external, client facing skills.•Identify, allocate and manage program resources, including workforce planning.•Lead cross-functional teams define program cost, schedules and objectives.•Manage sitewide company gifts including quotes, budgeting and distribution.•Extensive experience producing/managing video/photo shoots; logistics; hiring staff.
