Implemented Agile methodology using TFS online SCRUM platform with gated continuous integration builds directly to the Azure cloud. This has reduced management team involvement to a mere few hours a week.

Lead team in creating an automated interface between ERP and Gerber Cutting machine. The application saved the company 120 hours a week in labor and virtually eliminated unexpected product waste.Developed reactive single page application to allow dealers to size police officers for body armor on tablets. The application was implemented utilizing the latest jQuery and Knockout client side frameworks making the application aesthetically impressive. In addition, by cutting out paper forms and allowing dynamic configuration of armor size the application helped reduce remakes and alterations of body armor that cost the company 10% of profits annually.Was recognized for implementing an ERP add-in to allow for scanning production operations at each stage in the process. Each scan would cost the materials and labor in real-time allowing the planners and cost accountants to get a much more accurate picture of production cycle. Led team in developing centralized CMS and Ecommerce platform utilizing Orchard.Net. The inefficiencies’ of managing 20+ separate brand sites led to the centralization of the platform. Safariland is currently migrating several sites to the new platform which will cut down on the amount of time the development team spends updating various content elements.Extended multi-tenancy capabilities to Safariland’s current B2B portal, which supports NYPD, NYSP and various other body armor customers. The implementation time for a new customer has decreased 10 fold since inception.Created Silverlight dashboard within SharePoint to help Vice President’s track the IT department’s progress on various long term implementations.

Implemented Google Map Search results on the home page.

Engineered and administered new B2B and intranet portal utilizing Windows SharePoint Services with Single Sign-On authentication. The multi facing portal houses all major Line of Business applications, customer invoices, internal reports, CMS, in addition to providing a security framework for many legacy systems.Designed, coded, and managed application to calculate proposal pricing for all lines of business. Application is currently used to price ~ $1 Billion in workload per fiscal year. It has become the model for other DoD agencies focused on a quick rate based pricing process. Automated executive level Excel and PowerPoint briefs by integrating Enterprise Data via WCF, dynamic input through WSS 3.0 Web Parts and automation using XML Office Automation (Open XML 2.0); saved client agency approximately 1000 labor hours per year.Designed Workflow in WSS 3.0 to notify Customer Management Executives of their customers’ shortfalls. Process would take raw LOB data, assign an Executive, and allow for detailed explanation and process correction to be reported on.

Architected and implemented a solution to automate client hosted server and storage revenue generation directly from IBM MAXIMO inventory management system. Application uses C# to execute transactional Stored Procedures to processes approximately $450 Million across 500 customers per year. Lead Developer for automated funding solution on high profile DISA RACE project. Implemented interface with Pay.Gov for 24hr funding turnover and automated PDF generation using Adobe Live Cycle hosted Reader Extended forms; received letter of recognition from Agency Director.Designed and built application to invoice reimbursable cost. Application allowed user entry of direct costs which were then burdened, validated, and sent to ERP for financial processing.Continued role as functional authority over all client agency revenue processing. Effectively maintained process flow over 7 revenue generating locations accounting for ~ $750 million annually.
