Brad’s vision for real estate started in college and he purchased his first property, a live-in fixer upper converted to rental property. From there he continued to grow through self-management, DIY, automation, hiring contractors, and learning about all facets of the business. From single family residential to vacation homes to multi family and large scale syndications. From using savings to asset based lending to OPM and capital raising, partnerships, and sponsorships.

Brad and his wife Bethany founded Team Kye. Our mission is to promote childhood epilepsy awareness and provides resources for parents. Their vision is to create a community where their daughter Kye, and others living with epilepsy, are understood and given every opportunity. Fundraising efforts, totaling >$40,000, support the Dravet Syndrome Foundation, the Epilepsy Foundation Eastern Pennsylvania, and 4 Paws for Ability.

Brad was a key contributor to Bulk Manufacturing Technical Operations leadership team. Brad utilized broad experience in both product and facility startup project management, as well as managing in-line product support and personnel. He was known across the facility as a subject matter expert for Hazardous Energy Control (HEC) and Validation programs. He drove results while building talent through collaborative oversight, consultation, & hands on training. Brad was the project lead for the implementation of equipment-specific Hazardous Energy Control Procedures in order to standardize work, reduce risk, and increase cross-functional execution efficiency. This work lead to Brad being identified by site leadership to serve on the HEC improvement and High Risk Work implementation teams. He was named in 2016 as a site co-owner for Guideline on Sterile Filtration. Brad provided oversight and regulatory support for validation activities.

Brad was a Technical Operations Team Lead with oversight of validation activities and a staff of 5-7 personnel supporting Biological Vaccine Manufacturing: Bulk Manufacturing of Gardasil and Gardasil9 (HPV 4-valent & 9-valent), RecombivaxHB (hep B), Pneumovax23 (pneumococcal), PedvaxHIB (Haemophilus influenzae type b), and related process intermediates. Continuous Improvement combined with leadership, training, and mentoring staff lead to sustained error reduction (96% Right First Time).

Lead project to implement use of existing LIMS platform for reporting cleaning validation results.

Brad was introduced to the vaccine industry as a Technical Services Validation Scientist supporting flu vaccine manufacturing. He was selected largely based on his prior knowledge of validation program requirements. He learned what it meant to work under a FDA Consent Decree.
