I am the Director of Real Estate and Assets at University Realty, an affiliate of ASU Foundation, where I have been managing the real estate portfolio for ASU's benefit for almost a decade. My mission is to accept and monetize gifts of real estate and hard assets from generous donors, as well as to form JV partnerships with investors and developers who share ASU's vision of innovation and excellence.I have successfully led the project management of several landmark projects for ASU, such as the Barrett and O'Connor DC Center, the LA Center at the Herald Examiner, and Mirabella at ASU, the nation's first luxury high-rise senior housing located on a major college campus. I help my outside clients with site selection, acquisition, sales, and broker opinions of value.With a background in design and finance, and certifications in CSSN and Broker, I have a broad and deep expertise in commercial and residential real estate, spanning across various property types and markets in the Metro Phoenix area.
