Members could then update and expand their financial plan based on their persona. Additionally, the Financial Blueprint should be the hub for all member information, and that this central view would be leveraged to provide more tailored and relevant help, guidance and advice. Included five (5) streams of work:1) Customer Based Design – to inform a unique engagement model and approach for each of QSuper’s member segment;2) Projection Modelling Engine & Conceptual Solution Architecture;3) Business Benefits Stream;4) RFO for co-design/co-build; and5) Personalised Communication & channel strategy for each of QSuper’s member segments.- Unit Pricing Solution (circa $2m) – In-house Unit pricing Solution to manage QSuper’s complex asset and portfolio inter-funding structure.
