I have successfully provided housing and construction solutions to individuals, builders and developers internationally for the past 26 years. It's a great accomplishment when my customer achieves their goal of a beautiful home or a unique building that fulfills their vision and comes in on budget. I specialize in wood frame and heavy timber construction and have been involved in projects in the US, England, Scotland, Ireland, Czech Republic, Germany, China, Korea and Japan. Connecting with people from different backgrounds and cultures comes naturally to me and I enjoy it. I'm familiar with all aspects housing development, including land use, master planning, custom home design, material supply and construction. Starting a project right from the beginning is particularly exciting. Recent success includes sales of a spa, clubhouse and lodge for a ski resort and a 4,500 m2 clubhouse for a housing development in China. I've also put together a deal for a 200 eco friendly, green home development which was approved by the local government in China. Projects currently in design development phase include; a golf resort development with a 20,000 m2 hotel, 5,000 m2 medical building and 200 villas; and a 7,500 m2 sports center facility. I'm also working on a number of single family home projects in Canada and the US.
