Manage a full-cycle, high volume recruiting process by utilizing various sourcing channels to attract and hire top talent. First level of support to the Recruiting Department regarding all software systems used internally. Trouble-shooting, diagnosing, and fixing of software issues as reported by the team. Provides support for new applications and upgrades to existing systems. Develops solutions, performs maintenance testing and implements repairs for the internal processes.Ensures that all members of the team are informed of updates made in the user databases. Resolves any high impact database issues which often require coordination between the Field and Corporate Recruiting departments. Provides up to date reports from the assigned systems to management as requested as well as maintaining data integrity in all work duties. Sole on-site contact for Connor Computer Consulting, fielding all communication between High Hampton Inn & the CCC. Trouble-shooting for a twenty-four hour resort property within one network, including (3) databases, (5) servers, & (40) individual computers within. Responsible for system upkeep and upgrades for all email, hospitality software, and the communication between all units and databases. Within this position, also relied upon as one of the lead Reservationists for the property. Able to assist callers in the planning of their vacations and have educated discussions about each of the unique 116 available rooms within both the Inn & Cottages, as well as the 20 different vacation rental homes within the property. Offer an array of hospitality services to increase the value of the sale as well as increasing the customer experience.
