Brad Grossman is a seasoned entertainment executive and entrepreneur with an insatiable hunger to help his community. Launching Helium Comedy Club’s flagship venue in Philadelphia in 2005. In his current role as Chief Operating Officer, Brad brings together the dynamic portfolio of Helium’s nine 250-325 cap rooms including Goodnights Comedy Club in Raleigh and Cap City in Austin, to create exciting brand engagement opportunities and elevated customer experiences. Ensuring Helium rooms are filled with diverse lineups, representing every voice and every color in the community it serves. In the last decade, Grossman has pioneered innovative social media, digital marketing, forecasting and marketing automation strategies to meet fluid business objectives. Grossman specializes in project management, organizational behavior, communication, design & development. Providing unmatched insights into all business expansion activities including the budgetary, design, and construction aspects of every venue build-out. The Helium brand is now represented in nearly every corner of the country in seven of the top 50 DMA’s. Helium has become a household name that is one of the most-recognized and loved clubs in the industry. Helium’s reputation has attracted some of the largest touring theatre acts to the stage including: Dave Chappelle, Whitney Cummings, Kevin Hart, Maria Bamford, Brian Regan, Russell Peters, Joe Rogan & Margaret Cho. All things considered this has afforded Grossman and his brother to build exceptional, trustworthy relationships with industry partners, keeping the ecosystem of the independent comedy club intact, sound and secure.
