Formerly, as an Enterprise Account Director at Xero, I helped lead the growth of Xero's United States accounting partner channel by sourcing, developing, and closing strategic partnerships with the largest accounting firms in the United States - including closing the largest deal (by subscription commitment count) in Xero history. In my nearly 8 years at Xero I was consistently ranked as a #1 performer, and have extensive experience helping build PDR, Account Management, Account Executive, and Enterprise functions serving accounting firms. This is where I developed my passion for introducing firms to new technologies and workflows, and guiding them through the journey of implementation and change management. My fulfillment comes when I see my accounting partners delivering higher value services to the clients they serve, which contributes to the success and longevity of these businesses, and positively impacts economic growth.
