Management of 98 Field Worker Associates and 3 office operational associates for five distinct construction services provided by Graff PENHALL Company. My current role includes the review of current practises and implementation of an electronic dispatch process which encorporates the Graff PENHALL Dispatch and GPS software.Current Focus: Improve dispatch execution practises, monitor and reduce field operation expense and provide an increased ROI for the Canadian Operations of Graff PENHALL.

As a project leader and direct report to the Vice President, I am assisting with the testing, reporting and challenge resolution involved in integrating Systematic Order Taking Software with the Descartes On-Demand Routing and Visibility. I am also responsible for managing the on-time pickup and delivery of equipment for all our stores servicing the Toronto and the GTA area. Through centralization of dispatch and intigrating the Descartes Dispatch Application, I am excited to be contributing to improved efficiencies and resolving challenges that will definitely lead to reduce expense, improved asset management and a greater bottom line for SMS RENTS.
