As Hurricane Ike made its way toward the Texas Gulf Coast in the Summer of 2008, I became inspired by local media coverage to volunteer for the American Red Cross. For many months I dedicated my time to others, and along the way quickly became obsessed with the idea of doing “mass care” full time. Now more than a decade later, I’m honored to have served in senior leadership roles for many of the nation’s most challenging and historic disaster response and recovery operations.Today, I combine that programmatic and real-world experience to guide the design, development, and implementation of force-multiplying technology solutions for you and your constituents.
