With undegraduate and graduate degrees in geology from the University of Maine and recent MBA degree from Coles Business College (Kennesaw State University) he is able to handle technical and business aspects of any project or organization. His experience is broad within the environmental sector, including DOE, DOD, ACOE, USAF, USDOT, Superfund, RCRA and Brownfield related projects. Mr. Hay has had roles as project scientist, project manager, and as of late, a senior manager.
