Associate Director, Commercial Services
Current- Direct large spend global meetings and events, managing 4 planners and annual budget of $20M for events including Board of Directors meetings, CEO staff offsites, leadership summit, sales incentive trips and trainings- Manage enterprise-wide conference planning team of 9, planning and executing 90+ meetings and 100 conferences and supporting new branding initiatives seamlessly bringing 4 products together at conferences such as ASCO- Launch new technologies including Cvent platform for sourcing, attendee management, registration and hotelmanagement and attendee meeting app to assist attendees onsite with agendas, training information and logistics- Mentor and coach team, promoting employee into senior level role to manage conferences, speaker programs, andadmin support and shifting 4 direct report to support team restructure- Direct source to pay initiative as commercial lead, to streamline contracting and procurement enterprise wide- Plan and execute global sales meeting for 1400 people with $8M in spend, sourcing vendors and vetting properties- Drive continuous improvements such as eliminating multiple steps for exhibits under $5K, improving 30% of intakeprocess through external support management- Lead field COVID response core team to support safety protocols and create recommendations that align withcorporate and CDC guidelines for 900 field team members across 3 sales forces- Support commercial and marketing services integration workflows with Legacy Genomic Health and Exact Sciences to improve processes and cost savings
