● Managed all financial and accounting functions, as well as all strategic planning, development, and leadership for the private real estate development company with sales in excess of $150 million ○ Worked closely with the Chief Executive Officer to develop The Towers of Channelside, a $150 million twin 30 story tower condominium development with a total of 257 units and 60,000 square feet of retail space in Tampa, Florida, and managed the project’s financials, including obtaining financing, selling units, collecting deposits, drawing to banks, paying contractors, acquiring insurance, and finalizing closings ○ Established and implemented all financial and accounting systems and procedures for the company’s newly-established Bristol Oaks Subdivision, a 56 single-family home gated community located in Lakeland, Florida; total sales for Bristol Oaks, including homes and lots, were approximately $17 million ○ Developed a single-family luxury waterfront property with a 9,111 square foot home and a value of $4 million● Directed general accounting, auditing, taxation, budget preparation and administration, payroll, and insurance, and oversaw and engaged in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements to ensure that expenses complied with project budgets
