Private-equity backed, global software and software services company (SaaS); providing software to produce sub-surface imaging and modeling for the oil and gas industry.- Initially hired to assist the company with its IPO process.- Drafted all financial-related sections of the company’s Form S-1 registration statement (initially filed in September 2006); managed the research and drafting of virtually all SEC comment letters during an extended 1.5 year IPO process through its ultimate cancellation- Tasked with building a complete corporate accounting and financial reporting function, all in-process of relocating from Israel.- Operated in a project role working directly with the CFO on projects including the IPO process, investor relations, budget/forecast matters and other initiatives.

Private-equity backed company focused on groundwater related services. Significant projects include the following: (1) initiated and led the company’s efforts for a full ERP implementation to Solomon, converting from five disparate accounting systems; (2) supervised the execution of an IT infrastructure build-out, including a wide-area network across six companies, all to form a communication backbone upon which the Solomon ERP system would operate; and (3) developed and executed a process of consolidating nearly 10,000 inventory items across four operating companies into a single consolidated inventory listing available to each operating subsidiary.

Large private-equity backed holding company building a platform of companies providing specialized services to the worldwide power generation industry. Worked directly with the CEO and CFO in executing this strategy, specifically focusing on building and integrating the consolidated accounting and finance functions and assisting with the accounting due diligence and integration efforts related to acquisition targets. I left the company upon its relocation to Atlanta, Georgia.
