Despite this he still struggled with the BUSINESS. All he had to show for it was a nice house, and a bad back. He had no long-term earning potential, no legacy.He didn't understand what he needed to make the business successful:- No clear strategy, finance issues, staffing issues. - Couldn't scale, not sure how to grow. He didn't have the systems in place to take a break from his business. He worked "in" his business not "on" it. I vowed to help businesses just like my dad's.
