Installation and administration of computer workstations and printers including, but not limited to, desktop PCs, Macintosh, thin clients, laptops, tablet PCs, and PDAs. Printers range from basic deskjets to full color multifunction copiers/scanners/printers.Installation and administration of numerous software applications including multiple operating system platforms on PCs and MACs. Process incoming calls from approx 5000 staff members.Troubleshoot and resolve workstation/application problems remotely.Call Center Coordinator – Organize and maintain the work schedule for 15 employees for 24/7/365 coverage. Maintain and post call center statistics. Develop and implement training for the call center staff.

Residential electrical installation in new dwellings and remodels.Commercial electrical installation in multi-tennant dwellings and recreational facilities.Warranty repairs in residential and commercial facilities

Process delinquent patient accounts for collection through making payment arrangements or lawsuits.Assist with the State Attorney General’s office in preparation of legal documents for delinquent accounts.Attend court hearings.Work with other agencies in collection of delinquent accounts

Work with patients and outside insurance companies to collect workers compensation claims.Maintain documentation for patient accounts.Developed a procedure for printing archived patient bills.

Take incoming calls to hospital and route to proper department.Facilitate TDD calls.Develop and maintain work schedule for the department.Process after hours emergency calls to Doctor’s offices and contact physician on-call if necessary.Facilitate internal hospital communications.Coordinate with the Security department to maintain a safe campus using security camera monitors.
