Having been in business since 1944, M&M Oil Tools has been a mainstay of service and quality in the oil and gas industry. Whether it’s our well bore cleaning tools/fishing tools, or well control valves, our customers know they are getting the most for their money.We're also making tool innovations that are pushing the limits.When I talk to a customer for the first time, it’s all about listening. I listen to everything. I want to know every aspect of your business so I can help create the best solution for your needs. I don't want to sell someone something they don’t need but rather find the right product or service for their needs. And be able to anticipate needs in the future. Fulfilling that need is just the beginning. For me, customer service, is about starting a partnership. This is the aspect of the business that I love.
