Nestlé North AmericaBrad managed a team of 10 strategy and sustainability consultants to develop a strategy to improve recycling rates from 15% to 45% by 2025. Led and facilitated workshops across the various business units at Nestlé Waters with the Chief Sustainability Officer. Developed a product strategy roadmap to land Nestlé Waters as the premier sustainability water bottle manufacturer in NAMauser Reconditioning Services Brad managed a team of strategy and process consultants to help the organization standardize their Order-to-Cash processes to implement across 100+ global sites. Developed a 24-month roadmap that helped secure $6M for the operations group to improve and standardize their Order-to-Cash process.British Petroleum (BP)Brad was responsible for managing and delivering one of the industries largest Upstream Salesforce implementation. He was the lead product coach for the organizations Digital Risk accelerators. The focus of the accelerator was to implement rapid experimentation by mixing the practices of agile, design thinking, and lean. He led and educated the product team on building a backlog that is focused on deliver assumptions and finding metrics to guide delivery of business value.Brad was a key contributor in closing $8m of services in a 12-month cycle.

First Caribbean International BankBrad managed a team of 10+ analysts and engineers that were responsible for propelling First Caribbean International Banks first instance on Microsoft Azure Cloud. He supported the analysis and design phase to establish a governance model that reinforced the Bank’s transition to Cloud.Brad propelled a $50k investment into $1.6m of signings over 9 months.Tractor Supply Brad was the Scrum Master for a multi-million dollar Mobile development initiative to create a customer facing in-store application to drive sales and marketing efforts for one of the largest retailers in the US. He was solely responsible for ensuring that the Scrum team was following Agile development principles, while helping re-engineer project delivery and process improvement using Agile delivery and Digital Change methodologies.Brad was an integral part of the sales cycle that closed $1.8m for this program
