In that role he managed teams responsible for 750 hospital clients representing $40M in annual revenue.

• Build a profitable start-up consulting business line with $8M+ annual revenue • Continue to grow consulting services pipeline to support a 35% growth rate • Develop innovative solutions for organizational preparedness and technology optimization• Provide advisory services and program management assistance to healthcare organizations implementing NextGen technology • Educate sales team on how to transition to solutions-oriented selling

• Start-up $6M+ Meditech consulting practice• Provide project executive guidance on strategic consulting engagements • Exceed $8M sales quota in first year as Associate Partner • Guide delivery practices through internal risk management process for large/complex deals • Develop relationships as trusted business advisor with leaders across IBM divisions to package and market healthcare provider solutions• Negotiate agreements with third parties to provide gap components for client solutions• Support global engagement and sales activity in India, Ireland and Canada
