Bradley Foster is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He was honored by Crain’s Detroit Business as a “Dynamo to Watch”, and listed as one of Detroit’s Top 20 in their 20s, and he has been written up in number of other publications. This recognition was a culmination of Brad’s work as a serial entrepreneur since the age of ten. Brad’s business philosophy has always been opportunistic, and therefore, his investments span an array of industries.Brad started his first company, Spark Force, which operates in several states across the country. Spark Force is a computer sales and repairs business that fixes and sells computer hardware to residential and commercial clients. While running Spark Force, Brad started a number of other businesses, including a chauffeur service that was a precursor to Uber, hospitality & restaurant-oriented companies, and a handful of online startups.Brad's real estate endeavors began during his time at The Wharton School. In 2011, Brad purchased a distressed boutique resort in Southern Costa Rica, renovated it, and sold it for a profit. After the sale, Brad used this liquidity as seed capital to found Foster Financial Company and the Foster Financial Development Co. Through Foster Financial, Brad has amassed a 3M square foot value-add real estate portfolio worth over $250M. Included in the group of Foster companies is a property management arm, construction division, and development group. Foster Financial continues to grow its opportunistic real estate portfolio to maximize returns for the company and its investors.
